Telecom Service Manager
- Assists in liaison for connectivity with external shortcode aggregator and third party gateways
- Handle negotiations and business relations with external gateways for best interest of the Company
- Escalate and provide remedial solutions to connectivity obstacles
- Assess and study compliance, regulations and practice conformances stipulated by deployment countries
- Liaise and follow up on customer complaints and fulfillment for telco operators
- Study and review impact of expansion in affected/targeted markets and competitor studies
